Representative Experience

Colin is a litigation and property lawyer. His litigation practice includes professional liability claims, long term disability insurance claims, property, business, construction and commercial disputes, and personal injury claims. He has represented clients before all levels of Court. Colin’s practice also includes the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties.

On a Personal Note

Colin was a member of the boards of Phoenix House and St. Paul’s Home for several years, ending his service as Chair of each society. As a parent of two athletic daughters, he was a volunteer coach at the Halifax City Soccer Club, and from that served on the “Halifax City” board for several years, including two years as President. Since 2012, Colin has served on the board of Soccer Nova Scotia. Outside of work, Colin enjoys travelling, exercising at the gym and pool, and golfing.
