About André
André is a member of our Labour & Employment, Sport, Civil Litigation, and Municipal services areas.
André is fully bilingual and offers legal services in both English & French.
André is passionate about collaborating with his clients in the pursuit of innovative, practical solutions to their legal issues.
André received an academic and athletic scholarship to attend Mount Allison University for his undergraduate degree where he studied Commerce and International Politics while playing varsity football for the Mounties as the starting centre and team captain.
During law school, André worked as a legal research assistant with the Nova Scotia Chapter of the Canadian Bar Association and volunteered with the Elizabeth Fry Society, the Salvation Army Atlantic Refugee and Immigrant Service (“ARIS”), and the Dalhousie Legal Aid Tenancy Rights Program.
André spent the summer after his first year of law school playing professional football for the Berlin Adler in the German Football League. He now volunteers as a coach for the Dalhousie University Tigers football team.
In his spare time, André enjoys traveling, collecting vinyl records, and spending time with his family.
