Just as Dalhousie is gaining an outstanding lawyer, Burchells is gaining a professor.
Senior Burchells associate Naiomi Metallic has accepted a full-time tenure track position with the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, effective July 1, 2016.
Naiomi’s teaching and research interests include the very areas of a law in which she has practiced with us since 2008: constitutional, Aboriginal, public, administrative, civil procedure, evidence, and labour and employment law. We are proud that she will be sharing her intellect and legal experience at Burchells with the lawyers of tomorrow.
Following this appointment Naiomi will remain associated with Burchells in the practice of law, continuing to offer her great service and unique insight to our valued clients.
