On February 20 our Naiomi Metallic will be before the Federal Court of Appeal, responding to an appeal by the federal government. The government seeks to overturn the injunction Naiomi obtained March 30, 2012, for the benefit of several of our First Nations clients, staying implementation of the government's new on-reserve social assistance regime.
