Our Aboriginal Practice Group, led by D. Bruce Clarke, Q.C., is acting for several New Brunswick First Nations challenging a recent unilateral government decision to usurp the role of bands in administering social assistance for on-reserve First Nations people. The plaintiffs in Chief Simon et al. v. A.G.
