Burchells articled clerk Sarah MacLeod makes her legal scholarship debut this month as a co-author of the recently published Research Handbook on Polar Law (Link).
Sarah’s chapter considers international law relating to people in the Arctic and Antarctic. The chapter also addresses the complex effects of climate change at the poles and the implications of the law and climate change on Indigenous peoples in the Arctic.
A wide diversity of legal interests makes for a strong team of lawyers. Congratulations, Sarah!
