On April 9th and 10th, 2013, Burchells' litigation practice group chair David Hutt presented at the Canadian Institute's annual Managing and Litigating Long Term Disability Claims conference in Toronto. David spoke on issues surrounding the burden of proof in "any occupation" disability claims.
