The Federal Court of Appeal has dismissed the Government's most recent volley in the Simon case. In a decision released yesterday the court declined to overturn the interim injunction Naiomi Metallic obtained on behalf of our clients last Spring, delaying implementation of new social assistance guidelines until they can be challenged on their merits.
