On September 11, 2012 Cheryl Canning presented at the national RIMS Canada conference as part of an ARC Group panel on "Hot Legal Topics". With fellow insurance lawyers Michael Teitelbaum and Jennifer Pereira, Cheryl presented on the evolving claims for invasion of privacy, collateral benefit issues, causation, choice of jurisdiction and coverage.
