About Jonathan

Jonathan is a member of the firm’s Transactions Group. He handles corporate and real estate transactions, and commercial issues of all natures. 

Jonathan is passionate about understanding clients’ business interests and applying his legal and commercial expertise to find comprehensive solutions to their issues. 

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree specialized in finance and economics from Concordia’s John Molson School of Business, and a CEGEP Diploma concentrated in commerce from Marianopolis College. Prior to attending law school Jonathan worked as an IRROC registered investment and insurance advisor, and securities trader. 

Jonathan attended law school at the University of New Brunswick, where he was President of the Black Law Students’ Association, President of the French Club, and volunteered for the Pro Bono Wills Program. Following law school, he articled with BWB prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2023. 

Outside of practice Jonathan is a keen cyclist, skier, and canoe-camper, and loves yoga when he isn’t on the move.
