About Andrew
Andrew is a member of the litigation group whose practice focuses on creditors' rights, commercial and banking litigation. He acts on behalf of several major lending institutions and appears regularly before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia on debtor and creditor matters.
Andrew is recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for his work in Banking and Finance Law.
Andrew obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 2000 and his Bachelor of Arts (Honours, Philosophy) from Saint Mary's University in 1996. He also holds a Certificate in Chinese Language and Culture from Xiamen University in Xiamen, China.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys travelling with his family, playing guitar, and staying active as an avid road cyclist and runner. He is actively involved in minor basketball, both as a coach and as a supporter of his children's teams. Andrew volunteers with the Nova Scotia Courts Free Legal Clinics and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
