About Thomas
Thomas is a partner and member of our Litigation and Corporate service areas.
Thomas practices in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defence, insurance defence and corporate/commercial. He has appeared before the Court of Appeal of Nova Scotia, Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, Provincial Court of Nova Scotia, and Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia. His experience includes acting as co-counsel to clients at a Fatality Inquiry. Thomas has a natural enjoyment and enthusiasm for the law, which in turn has allowed him to develop strong advocacy skills and a working knowledge of many areas of law.
Outside of work, Thomas enjoys tennis, spending time with his wife and kids and listening to oral arguments from the Canadian and US Supreme Court.
