Elena Solimano

Elena M. Solimano is an associate lawyer primarily practicing in our Corporate & Commercial Transactions, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, and Wills, Estates, & Trusts groups.  

Originally from Peru, Elena obtained her Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University in 2025, where she was the recipient of multiple academic awards, including two Schulich Scholarships and the David M. Jones Memorial Award. Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelors’ degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, studied at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, and co-authored a research thesis with the U.S. Department of State. 

In her personal time, Elena enjoys reading, Latin cuisine, and spending time outside with her friends and family.
