About Wayne

Business law matters, including purchases and sales of businesses, incorporating new companies, corporate reorganizations and financings are central to Wayne's practice.  He regularly deals with a full range of real estate matters, including commercial and residential transactions, commercial leasing, builders' liens and subdivision development.  Clients also rely on his expertise in estate planning and tax matters to properly structure their business holdings and personal affairs, utilizing Shareholders’ Agreements, Wills and Trusts.
 
Wayne has practiced with the firm since his call to the Bar in 1987, and has been a Partner since 1993. He attended Mount Allison University and earned his Law degree at Dalhousie Law School.  He lives in Halifax with his wife Karen and their three sons.
