About Danielle

Danielle is from Halifax, Nova Scotia, and is proud to be building a legal practice in her home town.
 
Danielle received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (Honours) from Bishop's University in 2015. Danielle went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law in 2019, where she was a Schulich Scholarship recipient. Danielle articled with Burchells LLP and joined the firm’s litigation practice group in 2020, when she was called to the bar in Nova Scotia. 

Danielle has appeared in all levels of court in Nova Scotia and has also appeared before administrative tribunals in the province. Danielle is building a civil litigation practice and has a particular interest in administrative, human rights, and insurance law.
 
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys hiking with her partner, practicing yoga, and taking dance classes. Danielle is Chair of the Board of Governors of the Maritime Conservatory of Performing Arts, where she studied dance growing up, and is Vice Chair of the CBA-NS Civil Litigation Section.
